After successfully relocating your items and moving your possessions out, I begin preparing the property for its next phase. This could involve accommodating family members moving in, or more commonly, the property will be rented or sold. Regardless of the future plans, there are usually repairs and refreshing tasks that need attention. Typically, activities may include applying fresh paint, installing new carpets, light landscaping and tree maintenance. Lastly, I assemble a crew for a thorough deep cleaning to ensure the property is in pristine condition and ready for its new phase.
