Our Story
I am a longtime resident of Santa Barbara and a graduate of UCSB. I have a deep connection to this community and have worked locally in Real Estate and in leadership positions at local technology companies. When I decided to step away from my previous technology leadership position, I was determined to take on a new challenge: launching my own business. My main objective was to establish a venture that not only maintained my connection to our local community but also offered a valuable service that enhances the lives of its residents.
I founded RightSize Santa Barbara after experiencing the challenge of managing my own parents' transition from their long-term home to a retirement community. Their move involved constant coordination with countless vendors, attention to a myriad of details and getting everything coordinated in a relatively short period of time. It was a burden my parents were not prepared to take on. I saw first-hand how my involvement made a world of difference to them and could use those management skills to make a real difference for you.
I bring my experience with project management and customer satisfaction to every client that I work with. You might not be family, but I will treat you as if you were.
